(spoilers ahead) It’s here! Harry fans the world over have been VERY eagerly anticipating this comic, which sees J.M. DeMatteis return to writing our favourite character. We have a new Ultimate Spider-Man, this one created by Jonathan Hickman and Marco Checchetto! Here’s a quick run-down of everything you need to know about this new universe, number 6160: The Maker (Reed Richards) reshaped the universe and people we expect to be superheroes aren’t superheroes anymore The Maker caused a crisis (blamed on… Read More Harry Osborn in Ultimate Spider-Man (2024) #1
As of 2am last night I finished Spider-Man 2! It’s an incredible game and an incredible achievement, and I think I’m going to be writing a LOT about it in the weeks/months to come. I do have a few quibbles though. (Not least that my game erased the EMF missions after I got 6/9 of… Read More Spider-Man 2’s Portrayal of Harry Osborn
—This post contains spoilers, albeit very early-on ones, for Marvel’s Spider-Man 2!— I got the game today and unfortunately I forgot how terrible I was at video games. Harry and Peter’s touching bike ride was ruined by my crashing into poles every few seconds. I’m sorry! I tried! And I will try again tomorrow. I… Read More Some initial thoughts on Spider-Man 2’s Harry Osborn
I have remained mostly unspoiled for Spider-Man despite the deliberate antics of some inconsiderate people on Tumblr. Hopefully, my pre-ordered game should arrive tomorrow and then I can get to sharing my thoughts on how the game portrays Harry! But until then… I have a few theories on some of the things we might see… Read More Some last-minute Spider-Man 2 predictions
We’re now four issues into Misery and the way Harry is presented is interesting. And getting interesting-er by the minute, really. (Spoilers ahead, obviously.) And also Lily Hollister is back, just like I wanted! I can’t wait to see her and Lily fight, probably literally, for custody of Stanley. But before that… In Misery #2… Read More Harry Osborn in Cult of Carnage: Misery #2-4

I really like the art by Ramon Bachs, but the story is just a little thin, and also not really all that dark. Peter dies saving Gwen Stacy from her death… Read More Harry Osborn in What If? Dark: Spider-Gwen

That’s what you gotta do if you run a blog for your favourite fictional character! This trailer has me so… Read More The Spider-Man 2 trailer is here, and Harry Osborn is Venom
I’ve been neglecting this blog of late because of my own mental health issues but I’m trying to get back into it again. Where better to start than the story arc where Harry gets out of rehab, I guess? Yep, ASM #105 is the first time we see Harry after his overdose. His appearance on… Read More Amazing Spider-Man #105-110: Harry Osborn Returns From Rehab (1972)
Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 (also known as Sony’s Spider-Man 2, Insomniac’s Spider-Man, Spider-Man 2 PS5, or just plain The Spider-Man Game) is TANTALIZINGLY close but we know almost nothing about the plot! However I’ve seen a lot of fans speculate that Harry Osborn will, alas, probably not make it to a Marvel’s Spider-Man 3 if there… Read More Is Harry Osborn going to die in Marvel’s Spider-Man 2?
