Happy new year! 2023 was a great year for Harry fans (there was a whole game starring him!) and 2024 looks likely to be pretty good as well. Here’s what we can expect in the months to come:

J.M. DeMatteis’s Shadow of the Green Goblin

The king of Harry stories returns for a new one in April! According to DeMatteis, this story will deal with how “generational pain sowed the earliest seeds of Norman’s Green Goblin identity and left its traumatic imprint on Harry.” I can’t wait.

Ultimate Spider-Man (well, probably)

So it’s not actually confirmed that Harry will be under the Goblin’s shiny new mask in the new Ultimate Spider-Man, but it seems very likely. This is set to come out VERY SOON and everyone is super excited about it, not least because it has Peter and MJ married instead of broken up in a stupid way like they are in the 616 comics.

Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man

The show formerly called Spider-Man: Freshman Year is still, alas, not out yet. There isn’t even a trailer. But it’s supposed to come out this year on Disney+ and it will star Zeno Robinson as Harry. It takes place in an alternate timeline for Peter Parker so it doesn’t clash with the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 DLC

There was a hack at Insomniac late last year and I deliberately avoided reading about the things that were leaked, so I don’t know what’s going on there, but I do know that there will most likely be some DLC for the game released this year. There is of course absolutely no guarantee that any of it will feature Harry, especially considering the condition he’s in at the end of the game, but I’m looking forward to it anyway.
