Harry was dead! Now he’s alive! Hooray! Oh, and Gwen is (a) Mysterio, and her methods of taking on the bad guys rather conflict with Harry’s and Peter’s. The stage is set for conflict! Let’s see what we got.

The bros reunite! MJ points out that Peter didn’t eat for a week after Harry “died”. Aww, poor Peter. But things are looking up for him now!
As Peter and Harry head off to begin their war on the Kingpin, Harry calls MJ a good woman, which prompts Peter to ask where Gwen is. Answer: she’s consulting with the other Mysterios, and she seems to have established herself as their leader, or at least the only one willing to take action.

There’s a mysterious fifth Mysterio who isn’t named, but apparently she’s Vanessa Fisk.

Well, that’ll certainly make things interesting later… She’s Kingpin’s wife!

“I won’t have innocent people getting hurt,” Harry declares, but last issue Gwen was playing with lives. Harry also says “It’s good to have a friendly voice in my ear again,” and bear in mind that for all this time, he’s been hearing the AI Norman and it was not affecting him well.

Harry and Peter go and beat up some bad guys. Shocker, Hammerhead, and… hey, is that Vermin? Now I want to know Ultimate Vermin’s story!
Peter drops by his apartment to find that Otto has taken it over and carelessly left his tentacles lying around.

Harry sent him to protect the Parkers, but Otto decided to just move in. As you do.

Having your apartment trashed seems a small price to pay for your family’s safety, PETER

Peter is a little pissed at Harry for getting Otto involved without permission, but I’m sure he’ll get over it.

See?
Now, the action switches to Richard Parker. He’s annoyed at being left out of the Spidey action, and he’s run away back to New York with the pico-suit to help Black Cat, who appears to be in danger. But is she?
On board Harry’s jet, Richard overhears the news that Gwen is Mysterio…

…but we don’t get to see the rest of that conversation. Poor Richard has been led into a trap! Black Cat wasn’t in danger after all, she was lying, and now the Kingpin has Peter’s son at his mercy.

Nooo, Felicia! We were all rooting for you!
Issue #19 is already out so expect to see that one soon!
