Hello again! Sorry I tend take so long with these. There’s been some major upheavals in my personal life this year, which I won’t bore you with the details of.

We’ll jump right in to Ultimate Spider-Man #8!

So, remember when Tony Stark came out of that portal? Now, him and Harry officially meet for the first time. Tony informs everyone in the room about a “list” of heroes created by the Maker, which Spider-Man is top of.

Tony is antagonistic towards Harry straight away. (Remember that Harry’s armor is Stark tech, artfully painted green.)

Tony removes Harry’s mask (Harry did the same thing to Peter back in issue #3) which results in a great shocked Harry face.

The antagonism continues, despite the fact that these two are actually on the same side. Then comes a kicker:

Harry wasn’t on the list at all! He wasn’t important enough. (Don’t worry, Harry. All the readers of this blog know you’re important.) This feels like it’ll be a major knock to his self-esteem… and possibly great fodder for the Norman AI.

Harry is not remotely as taken with Tony as Peter was.
